The Site is managed by Nationwide CCW (referred to as the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The term “you” or “user” refers to any individual who visits the Site or utilizes its services.

These Terms, including any rights or licenses granted herein, cannot be transferred or assigned by you but may be assigned by the Company without limitation. Any attempt to transfer or assign in violation of these Terms will be void.

By accessing the Site or its services, you agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the Site or its services. Any new features or services introduced on the Site will also be governed by these Terms. The most current version of the Terms is available on this page. We reserve the right to deny access to the Site or services to anyone at any time for any reason.

Services Provided

The Site offers online and in-person training courses to meet the educational requirements for obtaining a Concealed Carry Permit in states that allow online training. It also provides a platform for users to register for in-person certification classes in states requiring live training. Additionally, we may offer products for purchase online or in person.

Children’s Privacy
​
The Site is not intended for individuals under eighteen (18) years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal or non-personal information from anyone under eighteen (18). To register and use our services, you must be at least twenty-one (21) years old.

Account Registration and Security

Certain features or services on the Site may require registration. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. You may not register using someone else’s identity. You are responsible for updating your registration information as needed and maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Subject to compliance with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any Additional Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site and its services for personal purposes. We are not responsible for Content posted by users and bear no liability for such Content.

You are prohibited from using the Site or its Content for: (a) illegal activities; (b) encouraging others to engage in illegal acts; (c) violating any laws or regulations; (d) infringing on our or others’ intellectual property rights; (e) harassing, defaming, or discriminating based on gender, race, religion, or other protected characteristics; (f) providing false information; (g) uploading malicious code or viruses; (h) collecting others’ personal information; (i) spamming or scraping the Site; (j) obscene or immoral purposes; or (k) interfering with the Site’s security features. Violation of these prohibitions may result in termination of your access to the Site or services.

Unless otherwise stated, all content, including graphics, designs, trademarks, and other intellectual property (“Materials”), is owned by the Company. Your use of the Site does not grant any rights or licenses to these Materials, except as permitted by these Terms. Unauthorized downloading, republishing, or scraping of Materials is prohibited.

SMS Communications

Some services may involve SMS or text messaging. By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS or text messages from us, including marketing or informational messages. To opt out of marketing messages, reply “STOP” to any message. Note that opting out of essential service-related messages may require discontinuing use of the services. Standard message and data rates may apply, and you are responsible for any associated costs. For assistance, reply “HELP” to any message.

Accuracy and Storage Disclaimer

We are not responsible for inaccuracies, incompleteness, or outdated information on the Site. All content is provided for general information only, and reliance is at your own risk. We are not liable for the deletion or failure to store any data. You should back up any submissions or communications, as we do not guarantee data retention. Payment Information

Credit card information provided for purchases is handled securely. You agree to provide accurate and current payment and account information and to update it as needed. By using a credit card, you certify that you are an authorized user and will not dispute valid transactions.

Refund Policy
​
For in-person training, one free rescheduling is allowed if requested at least 72 hours before the class. Rescheduling within 24–72 hours incurs a $150 fee, applicable only once after the free rescheduling. No refunds are available for missed classes or cancellations within 24 hours; full payment is required to re-enroll. Online courses are non-refundable once delivered. Other refunds are considered case-by-case with a 25% processing fee.

Warranty Disclaimer
​
We do not guarantee that the Site or services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Services are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We may suspend or cancel services at any time without notice.

Liability Limitation
​
The Company, its directors, officers, employees, or representatives are not liable for any damages, including incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, arising from your use of the Site or services. In jurisdictions where liability limitations are not permitted, our liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed by law.

We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act by avoiding misleading email practices, identifying advertisements, including our physical address, honoring opt-out requests within ten business days, and monitoring third-party marketing services.

Miscellaneous

These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy and any Additional Terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, it will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted, and other provisions remain unaffected. Failure to enforce any right does not waive it. These Terms are governed by California law, with disputes resolved in state or federal courts in Los Angeles, California.

Subscription and Billing
​
The Site provides access to firearm training content through a membership subscription, billed annually or monthly via credit card. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. To cancel, contact the service department at Nationwideccw.com. Fees and charges may change without notice. Some credit card companies may pre-authorize payments, which are not charges but reserves against available credit.

Additional Terms
​
Certain services may have Additional Terms, which must be accepted before use. In case of conflict, Additional Terms take precedence. We may amend Additional Terms at any time, and continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of changes.
