By checking this box, I agree to Nationwide CCW’s Terms and Refund Policy. All sales are final and non-refundable. No-call/no-show forfeits all fees. One one-time reschedule is allowed with written notice at least 72 hours prior to the course start date. I authorize the charge and understand that chargebacks are not a substitute for contacting Nationwide CCW. Improper disputes may result in responsibility for related costs, including attorneys’ fees, as permitted by law.
